Instructions for Requesting Promotional Items
- Complete the Request Form:
- Verification Process:
- Upon submission, a verification email will be sent to the chapter chair. This step ensures that the chapter chair is aware of the request and the event associated with it.
- Approval Process:
- If the form is verified and approved, the requestor will receive access to the promotional items website to proceed with item selection.
- If the form is not verified or approved, an email will be sent to the requestor, chapter chair with the VP MSA copied, explaining the reason for non-approval.
- Item Selection:
- The requestor will receive the web link to make the selection of items from the promotional website.
- Order Verification:
- Stackable Sensation will send an order verification to EMBS contact.
- Final Approval and Shipment:
- Once approved, the items will be ordered and shipped from the Stackable Sensation warehouse.
- If the order is denied (due to over-ordering or exceeding the allowed amount), an email will be sent to the chapter chair with the VP MSA copied to adjust the order accordingly.
